Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HairTry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HairTry.

2. Description of Service

HairTry is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to visualize different hairstyles on their photos. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate realistic previews of how users might look with various hairstyles.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

HairTry uses a credit-based system. Each hairstyle transformation consumes one credit. New users receive 3 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases.

4.2 Purchases

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes.

4.3 Refund Policy

Credits are non-refundable once purchased. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We may grant discretionary refunds or credit adjustments in cases of technical errors.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Photos

You retain ownership of all photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant HairTry a limited license to process and store these images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Contains photos of individuals without their consent
  • Is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5.3 Generated Images

AI-generated hairstyle transformations are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share these images for personal purposes. Commercial use of generated images requires our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. AI-Generated Results

HairTry uses artificial intelligence to generate hairstyle previews. While we strive for realistic results, AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a hairstyle would look in real life. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors. The Service is intended for entertainment and visualization purposes only and should not be considered professional styling advice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by HairTry and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED RESULTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT ANY GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAIRTRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HairTry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any unused credits at the time of termination are non-refundable.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
